Production Analytics consists of two modules built on the same data model. Start with what matters most to you right now, and expand once the first module has delivered results.
Production Analytics + AI
Load and capacity, production backlog, resource efficiency, material availability and delivery performance. Plus an AI-assisted analysis of where production is losing profitability compared with pricing.
Sales Analytics + AI
Quotation pipeline, sales orders, invoicing, margin and customer development. Plus an AI-assisted analysis of sales opportunities.
How we work
- Assessment and preliminary AI analysis, fixed price €2,000. We review your management challenges and data sources, such as ERP, machines and MES where available, and analyse your data. You receive a 2–3 page report with findings in euros and reviewable action proposals. The assessment fee is fully credited if you order the implementation from Dacelo.
- Implementation. Sales Analytics is delivered at a fixed price within 4–6 weeks of data access. Production Analytics is built around your needs based on the assessment, because every production environment is different.
- Continuous service. Maintenance and further development per module.
With production and sales in the same data model, you see demand, capacity and profitability in a single view. The second module builds on the existing foundation, so expanding is faster and more cost-effective.
